Man oh man, these guys are great! Loved the course so much, I took it twice! Not because I wanted to...but you know how it goes. The program isn't boring at all and the guys are exceptionally personable. If you have any issues and call the office number, you will actually speak to the hosts of the program themselves; they are just as "Texas Friendly" over the phone! I cannot recommend this course enough. If you see those red and blue lights, TexDDS are the guys you want to call! ~ Schuyler W
Disclosure: I did NOT want to take a drivers defensive course! After reviewing several sites, I selected the on-line course by Texas Defensive Driving School because the founder was a Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper and his sons Gary and Randy. Along with Gary and Randy's chemistry and the videos, taking the course was surprisingly easier than I expected. The on-line course made it easy to take a break and come back where I left off. I completed the course on Saturday and on Sunday, I received a call from them asking for information that I failed to provide. I’m not for sure another on-line course ‘owners’ would contact you on a Sunday. Monday they will be able to process and mail the certificate. As another reviewer's commented "It is by far the best course overall for driving. Very simple and quick videos, with super personable owners that are passionate about their business". ~ Ali S
This was the best course anyone could have ever wished for or hoped for, after coming close to the deadline, I got my certificate along with the driving record which was emailed to me and it is printed and ready to go. I am so grateful for the quick response upon calling them on the phone for assistance on a hick up that I came accross while compleing the on line course. The nice sense of humor is also very welcomed in what could be a stressful situation. ~ Martha L
